A nice little reserve that doesn't attract hordes.
Great if you want to sit quietly and view the wildlife in a deciduous Welsh Cwm (valley). I've seen Green Woodpeckers here, not as plentiful in this part of Wales as you'd assume.
Lovely well kept area. Plenty parking and not busy. Easy to follow signs or just meander. We went with our two dogs and will return to do other sections. You could spend hours along the paths or just ...
This is a lovely walk and there is a pub nearby which is a bonus. But please be aware that sheep do graze fields next to the footpath so respect the locals and keep your dogs on leads.
