Boardwalk
We had a great time walking the Malecón (Boardwalk) of Arroyo. It was actually Carnaval time they were celebrating and it was lots of fun. They had plenty of artisans selling their one of a kind goods...
Spectacular spot
a magical place to walk, eat delicious and be in a romantic atmosphere with a spectacular view. Have parking lot and very easy to walk

It's been rebuilt, and El Portar has awesome food in El Patio. Great place to watch the sunset. Good for kids too.
