Quiet in the city. Glad we took the time to get here. It only takes an hour. Longer if you really want to meditate. It was great to give a gift to the people of Sydney. We traveled with friends we met in China during our previous holiday, so we have many memories.
We visited the China Friendship Garden several times, most recently in November 2019. It is the largest Chinese garden outside China. The magnificent plants, artificial lakes and waterfalls are a model of Chinese architecture and art. You can wear traditional Chinese costumes. If we are lucky enough to visit Sydney again, we will definitely visit Sydney again.
Yiyuan is a very good Chinese garden in Sydney. He has three very good Chinese entrepreneurs jointly funded and built, representing the deep friendship of the three of them. The whole courtyard has both the Xiongqi of the northern Chinese courtyard and the beauty of the comfortable garden in the south of the Yangtze River. It is worth visiting in a foreign country. It has a special flavor.
There are lots of steps up the walkway, but it is worth looking down the garden from above. It is a quiet retreat, a place to spend time mediating, reading or just sit down and “relax”. Take your time and enjoy the tranquility here. The $6 ticket is worth it. There is also a small cafe and souvenir shop.
Seeing these tranquil and relaxed gardens is a big surprise to discover in Darling Harbour in Sydney's inner city. It is a beautiful garden with lakes, waterfalls, pavilions and Chinese teahouses surrounded by plants, giving the impression that you can stay away from the bustling city. It is a peaceful and peaceful harbor in Sydney's heart - a wonderful experience.
Yiyuan, a Chinese-style garden in Sydney, was built by three Chinese businessmen in Australia, mainly to express the long-lasting friendship between the three of them. The garden is very beautiful, there are mountains and waters, there are pavilions and towers, and there are weeping willows hanging upside down the lake. It is really a scene of Jiangnan gardens. It is worth a visit.
