Atlantic wall remains
Stopped here on our way down from Skagen. We are always trying to find remains whether orgnaised places or just somewhere along the roaside or hiden away in woods etc. We have seen loads of such place...
Good before the ferry
It is free to walk around, so nice to see a littile bit of history from WW2 before going on the ferry. Located just next to the light house. Many bunkers to see a map in English free of charge aviable...

In the meanwhile your where waiting for the ferry iT is a really lovely place behind the lighthouse who is also really nice.
Historical interesting place
Bunkermuseet in Hirtshals are a very nice place to visit for any one interested in WW2. The place is however a bit rundown and more could had been done to keep the place and it's exhibitions up to dat...
Historic place with awesome view
This place is still in its natural form. Beautiful view, and scary feeling while walking through bunker. Its much windy in evening.
