    Island floating in Genji pond

    Original Text

Genji Pond is on the right after passing through the torii gate of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, and Hatagami Benzaitensha is on the island beyond the bridge. It is spectacular to see the flags standing around the island without any gaps. It is a small round island with a diameter of 10m, but there is a vermilion shrine inside the island, making it a mysterious world.

You can see the cherry blossoms in spring

    Original Text

It is a shrine on the right side of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. It is built on an island that flew toward the center of Genji Pond. Many white flags are displayed on the approach and in front of the shrine, so you can easily see it. The shrine itself is small, but there is Masakoishi right behind it. In addition to the shrine, I could see the surrounding cherry blossoms in spring and the scenery was very good.

Kamakura Qifu Shen の Kamakura を Kamakura る Shrine

    Original Text

It is a precinct shrine built on Nakajima of Genji Pond near the entrance of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, and the approach and islands were lined with white flags that symbolize Genji. It is said that Hatakami Benzaitensha was built by Masako Hojo when Minamoto no Yoritomo raised the flag for the reconstruction of the Genji clan, and the enshrined Benzaiten is the guardian deity of the longevity of the family fortune. Behind the shrine is the "Masako Ishi", which is said to have been placed by Masako Hojo to pray for safe delivery when she was pregnant, and it seems that it is a power spot that benefits child treasures and safe delivery.

It's on the island of Genji Pond in Genpei Pond.

    Original Text

It is located in a large Genji Pond and is a small company, but there are quite a lot of people, probably because it is near the entrance. There is Masakoishi behind the company.
