Carpenter Street Kuching
A walk along Carpenter Street in Kuching, there are a lot of things you can discover here, it's a stretch of mixed businesses that pass down from generations to generations. Entering under the charming Chinese ornate Harmony Arch, you can find coffee shop, backpackers’ hostel, Chinese eateries, bars, fruits stalls, pastries, snacks, banana fritters, clothing, old furniture shops, Chinese temple and many more. Must try the Siew Pao or Baked Barbeque Buns. It was so yummy! Lovely to walk through at night with the lights, eating places and pubs.

Going to Kuching Old Street to go shopping and find food is really an interesting thing to go to Sarawak. Whether you like Chinese food, Aboriginal food or Malay food, you can find it here. Then weight loss is a future thing.
There are so many surprise in this little street in the old town of Kuching. few minutes walk from the waterfront, hide the culture and food of the local people. Amazing little place
Now it is relatively light, there is not much popularity, there are a few foods at the entrance of the archway, many are closed at night, and there are not many people during the day. Is it off-season? I also went to find some restaurants to make up for the fun.
This carpenter street is call Chinatown Kuching. Some of this shop along this street is sell traditional Chinese food and Sarawak local Chinese food. Morning time and night time is the best time to visit and walk around this area. Then will know more about local people how to do daily jobs in Kuching
