Don't bother
Almost impossible to find and not worth trying to. Kyoto is a truly wonderful place to visit - the best in Japan, without doubt - so don't waste your time here
The tomb of Emperor Tenchi who achieved the Taika Reform. About 10 minutes walk from the Misasagi subway station. It's a large tomb like a forest, so you can walk a lot from the entrance to the worship place.
I visited the "Emperor Tenchi Mausoleum", which is about a 10-minute walk from the Kyoto Municipal Subway Goryo Station. There is a grave about 10 minutes walk from the entrance. The tomb of Emperor Tenchi is a rare case of the tomb of Emperor Tenchi, which is different from other emperors' tombs.
It is a tomb of the emperor, about a 10 minute walk from the Kyoto Municipal Subway "Goryo". There are many estimates of the tomb of the emperor in this period, but it is defined here that Emperor Tenchi is definitely a burial person. Due to his death, the emperor of the Tenmu line ascended the throne and moved from Asuka to Fujiwara Kyo and Heijo Kyo, and when his descendants (boys) ascended the throne, the capital changed from Nagaoka Kyo to Heian Kyo. It's a very turbulent era, but it's still an interesting era to see as a history.
The tomb of Emperor Tenchi is a very quiet and nice place with beautiful fresh greenery. It is also recommended to take a walk both near Yamashina Shusui, which has beautiful fresh greenery.

Anyway, it's a vast emperor's mausoleum.
