Great views even on a rainy day
Great views for a short hike. Much bigger and impressive than I expected and was able to view Roesberry Topping and the heath to the east.

Always worth a visit
We always enjoy the walk to the top and of course the views. It is beautiful in each season. The monument is imposing. From there there are several routes to explore the moors.

It is a fairly easy walk up to the top along the main path. We had our new baby in a carrier as a pushchair would be hard work, especially the few stairs on the final push up to the monument. The vie...

It is well worth the climb up here just to see the size of the monument. It's far bigger than it looks from afar.
