Red leavesの Nara ダム
Beautiful rockfill dam. The piled up rocks are like ramparts. From the dam lake, you can see Mt. Shibutsu in Oze and Mt. Shirane on the other side 々. It was just the season of autumn leaves, so the area around the lake was dyed orange and spectacular.
Rockfill Damm
There was a difference in elevation and it was quite powerful. I also took a peek at the museum on the premises. It turned out that this dam is a rockfill dam made by stacking rocks and sediment. I learned a lot.
Construction technology に
I went to Naramata Dam, which distributes water to the Kanto region. The scenery from the bottom of the dam is also very nice, but I think it's better to go to the top of the dam and walk across the dam. If there is no rain, the amount of water in this dam will decrease and the drought will be felt, and you can realize the importance of rain.
