    It's not a tourist destination.

    Original Text

I happened to take a walk nearby and stopped by because I was curious. It's not a church, it's an orphanage. The chapel looked very nice, so I only saw the exterior. This is not a tourist destination, so I think you need to be careful when entering. I couldn't enter for a while.

It is a facility located in Minamiyamate, Nagasaki. The title is a church, but the former 々 is a child advocacy facility operated by the Jesuits. It's not a tourist spot, so ...

When I was young, it was a space where I could go inside and feel God. I feel like I was in a clean person like that appeared in Raphael.

Historical buildings in the Meiji period

    Original Text

There is a large brick building with a sense of history on the corner of the narrow and steep Dondon slope of the residential area spreading in the hilly area of Minamiyamate. The dull copper plate color of the mansard roof lined with windows with arched small roofs, the contrast of the brick walls washed in years, and the white shutters will be fascinated by the beautiful landscape that harmonizes with the green of the tree 々. It is said that it was originally founded in wood as the headquarters of Japan by Jesuit monks who came to Japan from France about 130 years ago ...
