Eastgate House is a worthwhile visit
My visit to Eastgate House was very interesting. The staffers were very helpful. I loved that it was the setting for Charles Dickens for The Pickwood Papers and for Drood.
Disgusted
We intended to visit this historical house, but on entering I was disgusted by the language used by the female staff in the gift shop entrance. They were talking loudly amongst themselves and swearin...
Interesting visit
This house is open to wander round, there are informative descriptions in each room. A ticket was about £6, £3.30 for over 60s.
