Easy Waterfall Walk
Short drive off the main road and access right off the parking lot. No trudging through the snow for this waterfall, but watch your step it’s icy!
Beautiful, easy find
Beautiful site. Nice signs in Icelandic and English. Not too far off the main road with good signage to get there. Nice paths. I'd visit again.
Not the most spectacular but worth a stop
Worth a stop to break up the car journey. Certainly not the most impressive waterfall in Iceland but there are no crowds.
It's worth to have a break
I recommand this waterfall to have a break on the road 1. It is 2 km-s far from it. It is the most voluminous waterfall in the country.

Among our favorite waterfalls for several reasons. We went somewhat early (before 9) and had the place to ourselves. We liked its easy accessibility, great views, and that we were off the beaten path....
