Absolute disgrace of a company. In early April, we went for my brother's stag do.Throughiut the first game, it was clear the marshals had no control and this ended up in the game getting dangerous, with people shooting each other at point blank range.In game two, this continued, which turned into a fight between the two teams with a member of our party being assaulted and losing a tooth. On top of that, he was in the chest, neck and face over 100 times, as were several other members of our group. We left following this incident.Later that day, I rang up to complain and explain the situation. We wanted our money back and what we had spent there because we had only had a single game, a member of our group lost a tooth and we each spent around £100 on balls and equipment.I was promised a call back, which never came. Since then, I have called them three times a week, and each time I've been promised a call back, which has never happened. Finally, after 4 week, and by email, they offered restitution of a free game, as we long as we paid for the balls. This is not only an outrageous response, but I had previously explained that was not possible as we had all come from separate parts of the country.I have since rang them another 2 times, each time with a promise of a call back, which has never come, so this absolute joke of a company is currently sitting on over £600 of our money, and refusing to make contact with us to solve it. Never in my life have I dealt with a worse company.
