The engineer who saved the city
After the Great Flood and the re-building of Szeged the flood defences become very important. He was the engineer who regulated the Tisza river to avoid great, destructive floods.
It's in the Secheni Square.
It is one of the unique statues in Szechenyi Square. There is a gentleman on the pedestal, but a woman with a baby sitting under the pedestal makes me feel like a close family.
