Casa Cenote

This is the most famous volcanic pit in Cancun. There is a pit about half the size of a football field several tens meters below the ground. It forms a natural swimming pool. The water is very cool. You can dive and dive here. It's very exciting.

Here's the real Casa Cenote, with the pond on one side and the sea on the other. It looks calm, but this summer there was an accident, and once it was washed into the sea, it was dangerous. If you are lucky, you will encounter a small crocodile, but keep a safe distance. But it's not personal experience. I can't believe I'm lucky to swim with the crocodile.
