We were on our way to see the Danube shoes from Parliament and came across this statue. So had to look it up. He does indeed look very troubled and sad. Just to the side of Parliament

I really liked this statue facing the Danube river in front of the Parliament building. It can be missed depending where you walk but once spotted it’s a nice picture to take
