Ottimo impiatto di cibi curati nelle materie prime (crema ai tartufi,polipo con carote caramellate e purea di patate,conchiglie Saint Yack alla crema di carote con agrumi.Dessert al cioccolato con interno di pere. Prezzo nella norma ,vino rose (come al solito in Francia)buono ma costoso
