Photos of Swallow Cliff

Swallow Cliff, Millennium Bat Cave and Qingnian Mountain are all located on the same trail. They are quite famous tourist attractions in Ruili Scenic Area. The entrance is at (166 County Road 22.5K). As long as you open your eyes, you will find their small figures. Swallow Cliff is connected to the Millennium Bat Cave and is shaped like an eaves. There are small and large holes in strips on the cliff. The trail passes under the cliff, and the spring water on the mountain flows down from the cliff. It's like being in the Shui Lian Cave. The Yuntan Waterfall is about 200 meters high. The pool water rushes down from the stone cracks, like a hanging white ribbon. The waterfall is divided into three layers, each layer has a pool surface, and the third layer is more spectacular. The cliff that emerges is covered with many pores and distributed in strips. It used to be the place where swallows built their nests, and the trails just pass under the cliff. When it rains, the mountain springs stream down, just like walking in a water hole. The rock wall of the Millennium Bat Cave is connected to Yanzi Cliff. It is more than 200 meters long and more than 100 meters high. There are thousands of rock caves of different sizes. It used to be a habitat for bats, but now there are no bats. Qingnianling is a zigzag uphill road running through the Guizhu forest. The total length is one kilometer. The average slope is about 60 degrees, and the steeper part reaches 70 degrees. It is very laborious to walk and takes about an hour.
