So beterful in the worth
Pali Pagoda, also known as Pondok Pagoda, is the largest temple in the Inle Lake area. It is built on a small island in the southern town of Inle Lake. The temple houses five small Buddha statues dating from the 12th century. The Buddha statues are kept by local believers. With gold leaf attached, the Buddha can no longer be seen. Visitors can take a boat to the island to visit this temple. The small pagoda buildings around the temple are worth seeing.
From a distance, you can see the temple built by the river. Its pagoda is very dazzling, very tall, and the golden dome is very shining. Inside the pagoda are some very important local Buddhist holy relics.
This pagoda feels like a product of the combination of residential architecture and Buddhist architecture. Its top is the shape of a pagoda, and its lower part is the shape of an ordinary building. I don't know why.
No tickets are needed. It is next to the floating market. It is quite big. It can be said that in Myanmar, there are many pagodas everywhere, and there are many shops selling souvenirs and long sands around them. The prices are cheap.
