The park has a history and this place is well preserved. Most of it is very large trees and lawns. Originally the land was part of a castle on a high ground overlooking the Laga River. It only recovered a few years ago, such as a cannon captured from Russians in the Crimean War, and a statue with historical ties to the Wallace family and Paris.
