First of all, a special mention to the two girls who welcomed us this evening, August 24, on the restaurant terrace of the Hotel Centrale in Alcamo, very kind and very attentive to the guests, thank you for your courtesy. Let's get to the rest... good quality food and excellent flavor on the palate We asked for a fried calamari for two to start (very good and fresh), followed by a Turbante di calamari (much appreciated) and a spirit of prawns with bunched courgettes (good) + grilled vegetables, followed by a decomposed cannolo (which many chefs don't appreciate, but we do!!!) EXCELLENT!!! All washed down with a bottle of Donnafugata's Antilya, also up to par Contained expense, €65 considering a 20% discount thanks to The Ford The only discordant note, having dined with bamboo placemats and paper napkins, with cutlery placed in a paper bag (self-service style) instead of cotton tablecloths (prepared and not used in another room), which is why I gave 3 stars out of 5 for "Atmosphere"
