A simple but really atypic restaurant with fresh french food. A New concept to eat really good meat...this concept is to pay more than thé Price is done only if tout want ....the chef is generous in any think he is doing. It s to discover....have a nice Time.

Quality cuisine at a reasonable price. The manager's service was very satisfactory. The restaurant is very well located and has a lot of character, backed by a rampart tower. A place to remember.

The principle is original: allowing customers to choose what they want to pay. The cuisine alternates between very good (starter), average (main course), and good (dessert). Interesting, but nothing special.
