Rococo Lane Cafe & Restaurant, Armadale, Melbourne

Took my mum for lunch on her birthday so she didn&rsquo;t have to wait all day for the big night out we have planned. Lunch was nutritious and delicious, plenty of vegetarian options which is my flexi preference. The staff were friendly and efficient and happy to oblige with slipping on a couple of candles to the generous muffin we finished with.

We were greeted by our waiter in a friendly manner, the restaurant was warm on a cold day. Service was excellent. Our pizzas arrived and were beautifully prepared. We shared one between the two of us. Now we are not big eaters. Wine came promptly, Italian ros&eacute;. Pizza was about $25, wine $10. The restaurant was almost empty when we went in for lunch at 1pm, then quickly filled up and became bustling. The restaurant was very noisy, almost lip reading to communicate. This is my observation as an old man. Highly recommend.
