Mirko's Pizza

A really nice surprise, without judging the small place, I look at the substance: I ate eggplant parmigiana and porchetta di Ariccia with caciocavallo podolico and chips, all accompanied by pizza strips. What can I say, two authentic masterpieces of taste with high quality raw materials. Mirko's for me is promoted with 10 and honors, also considering the passion and kindness of the owner. Highly recommended.

We ate 3 pizzas, all delicious, especially the Genovese. Spectacular, absolutely worth trying. Light pizza dough, thin pizza. We also tried the hamburger, the porchetta and the piada kebab. All good. The only flaw was the cheesecake, but there are other desserts to choose from and we appreciated. Discount applied correctly. We will be back!

Pleasant surprise. We ate two truly exquisite pizzas. One, the classic Carminiccio, the other typically seasonal: provola pancetta and courgette flowers. To complete the trio there was a Lazio delicacy: porchetta di Ariccia covered in melted provola. ????. The finale, with zeppola and straccetti made with pizza dough, literally soaked in Nutella and pistachio cream, closed a pleasant evening. Applause to the owners, polite and professional.
