Le Moulin De La Galette

We didn&#39;t want much, no starters, just a Calzone for Hubby and a Caesar salad for me, both were excellent. House Rose was good (could have been slightly more chilled, but that&#39;s our preference). Service was exceptional. Dogs are welcomed, I added it to the booking note to ensure they knew in advance and they reserved a corner table for us which meant Chester slept all through the meal as he was undisturbed.

Very friendly service - the restaurant was full but the staff were so friendly and helpful. Salad buffet was plentiful and delicious. Mains were reasonably priced. The house red was very quaffable

We generally avoid eating at hotel restaurants but we decided to risk this one and we are very happy we did. The food was excellent, slightly original and well presented. The service was great and the price was very satisfactory.
