Brösarps Gästgifveri

Booked this restaurant on our walking tour Osterlenleden. We slept in the hotel and looked for an easy diner option in the evening after a long days walk. First impression of the restaurant was that is looked a bit outdated. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great, service (provided bij servers from a rental agency they told us) was really good. We had a nice diner!

The food and drinks was delicious and the service great! If you have the eggcake be aware that you won't need anything else - if you manage to finish it at all. Fortunately our waiter made sure we were aware of that.We had a lovely time and look forward to coming back soon.

We arrived sooner than the time we reserved, but the waiter was super friendly and immediately gave us our table. Service was great during the whole evening. The food was delicious! We had a wonderful evening, thank you to the entire staff (cook team and waiting staff)

The starters were very good and dessert (Summer pie) in a class of its own. The main course however was a big disappointment. We both had some sort of beef fillet - the meat was OK, but served with a boring crocket, some sort of caramelized onion which was totally overdone and “new season vegetables”, which turned out to be one very small bit of green asparagus. What the English call “taking the piss” for 350kr. A shame because otherwise it’s a great place.

Always a good lunch and friendly staff at Brösarps Gästgiveri! I do miss the fantastic salad buffet that was served before the pandemic, though. I hope with every visit that it is back!
