Before leaving Chaozhou, we took a taxi to a place recommended by the handsome guy who picked us up at the station to eat authentic Chaozhou cuisine - Fengchun Seafood Stall. The two of us avoided the dishes we had already tried and ordered mixed fish in bowl, fried clams, braised goose meat platter and scallops stewed with bamboo fungus. They tasted good!

The environment is just like an ordinary food stall, and it is really good to eat seafood. The seafood is quite fresh, the shrimps are big, and there is a lot of meat, so delicious! The squid tastes great too, and I ate a lot. I like this restaurant!

Fengchun Food Stall is easy to find, on the main road near People's Square. There are a lot of seafood in the food stall, and the price is moderate. The seafood in the food stall is very fresh. The crab steamed noodles, the crab roe is very fresh, and the noodles are also very fragrant. The nail clams are just average. The fish is also very fresh and sweet. The salt and pepper mantis shrimp is not as good, and it lacks the sweetness of the mantis shrimp.

Authentic Chaozhou cuisine, delicious, especially the braised goose liver. It is so delicious. The other flavors are also good and the price is affordable.
