I like Japanese food very much. I came to check in at Sugimu Japanese Cuisine with a mask. I can't eat in, I can only take out. The takeout packaging is also great.    Location l Sugimu is on Renmin Road near Harbor Plaza. It has a big sign and can be seen from a distance.   Environment l The decoration inside the store is very elegant and upscale. It is quite spacious. You can sit at the bar and order food and wait for takeout as soon as you enter the door. The decorations in the store are very exquisite and unique, and they look good when you take a photo.   Service l The service is great. As soon as you enter the door, someone will pull the door to lead you in. The attitude is very friendly.   Dishes l Because I took it away, I didn't see the beautiful plating, but the food I ordered tasted great. The insulation bag for the package has a good insulation effect.   Hokkaido seafood rice -- I like seafood rice very much. I ordered Hokkaido seafood rice. The ingredients are very rich and fresh. It's a full box. I mix it with a big bowl at home. Every bite is a sense of happiness. Fish head with saucer -- One of my favorite dishes in Japanese cuisine because it tastes sweet. The fish head with saucer at Sugimu is very big and has a lot of fish meat. The white radish and lotus root in the fish head are delicious. It would be better if there were more radish~   Crab salad -- I just wanted to eat salad, so I ordered one casually without much expectation. As a result, the taste of the salad dressing was amazing. At first, I saw a box of yellow sauce and thought there would be curry or other ingredients, but there was none. The salad dressing was very fresh, the vegetables in the salad were very fresh, and the avocado was also relatively ripe. It was great with the salad dressing!

This Japanese restaurant is near Harbour Plaza. The environment is very good, spacious and bright, and the waiters are nice. The ingredients are very fresh. The tableware and plating are exquisite and beautiful.
