ZE CHENG BING ZHU YANG

This was a very enjoyable meal during my stay in Inner Mongolia. I ordered a pot of lamb chops and tenderloin. It was my first time eating this kind of lamb cooked in ice. It felt very refreshing. The lamb here is indeed better than that in Beijing. And it is slowly heated with ice. The taste is very good. Very chewy. The lamb flavor is not bad. The sesame sauce is also very tasty. And the price is very affordable. Three people ate for 150 yuan. And in the end there was so much meat that we couldn't finish it.

The service was very good and the taste was very authentic, but the kids said the meat was a little hard. The yogurt was also very tasty. It was a bit cold that night, and the boss was very enthusiastic to cook ginger cola for us. After drinking it, my body and heart were warm. We ordered too much, and we were full before a few hot pot dishes were served. In the end, the boss lady was very comfortable to refund a few of them. Super good.

I went to Ordos for a trip and thought I had to eat mutton while in Inner Mongolia. To save trouble, I searched for the top-ranked mutton restaurant on the travel guide and chose this restaurant. The store is not big and the billboard is a bit unremarkable because they are all the same. I didn't feel like going in just by seeing the billboard. The boss is from the Northeast and is very enthusiastic. The mutton is very solid. Only after eating did I realize that this is a national chain and you can eat it everywhere. Overall it is good.

There is not much in the pot except ice cubes, but the lamb is very delicious. The lamb from Inner Mongolia is not smelly at all. I recommend lamb, but not lamb chops, which are quite fatty. The homemade cold dishes in the store are also very good, and the boss is very enthusiastic~

The mutton here is very delicious. Very fresh, very fresh, and very tender, without any mutton smell. The fried mushrooms are a special match, and the mutton soup is also very delicious and fresh. I think it is very affordable overall.
