Hamilton (also translated as Hamilton by local Chinese) is a port city in southeastern Ontario, Canada, located west of Toronto and north of Niagara Falls. The metropolitan area (Metropolitan Hamilton) has a population of about 710,000 (2013), and has been ranked ninth in the country and third in Ontario since 1981.

Tried the chefs menu last night - 8 courses of very delicious food, couldn&#39;t choose a favourite the Coral Trout from Moreton Bay marinated belly was delicious. Food was served promptly and professionally and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and wine choices. A great evening we would highly recommend
