Tried the chefs menu last night - 8 courses of very delicious food, couldn&#39;t choose a favourite the Coral Trout from Moreton Bay marinated belly was delicious. Food was served promptly and professionally and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and wine choices. A great evening we would highly recommend

This is a pool restaurant on Hamilton Island in Australia. The restaurant is located next to the swimming pool of a resort hotel. The swimming pool is very large. We arrived early and sat outside on the deck. The waitress was very friendly and went through the menu. We asked her if she had any recommendations and she confidently gave us a few.
