Romano's Italian Restaurant

We arrived early and sat outside on the deck. The waitress was very friendly and went through the menu. We asked her if she had any recommendations and she confidently gave us a few. We chose the bread and risotto for starters and the veal steak and duck gnocchi for mains. The food was excellent, in fact the best I have had in recent years. The portions were large but there was plenty of room for a shared plate of dessert. Delicious tiramisu and melt in your mouth panna cotta. Jasmine was our server and she was a very friendly young lady who, like the rest of the staff, clearly loved her job. The only negative thing about this place was that we lived 8 hours away by plane.

I wanted to go to coca chu, but I made a mistake in my online reservation after returning to my room at noon, and I was too lazy to go downstairs. As a result, I fell asleep on the bed...slept...slept....I woke up at 7:30, and I heard the sound from the restaurant before I arrived at coca chu (because I didn't make a reservation, I was suddenly unsure). I went to the front desk to ask, and sure enough, there was no seat. I couldn't wait until 8:30. I had no choice but to call this Italian restaurant (originally booked Romanos for tomorrow night), and was told that there was a seat. I walked directly over and ordered three dishes: 1. Grilled octopus 2. Italian tomato goat cheese duck pasta (wide pasta, very wide) 3. Italian seafood pasta (wide pasta, this one is narrow, the pasta should be optional...). But I still continued the clean plate action, haha. The overall taste is salty, but it's not bad. It can't be compared with the Southeast Asian restaurant coca chu I ate yesterday, but the advantage here is the good service, and the environment of the restaurants here is good.

Very good restaurant, Italian food and fresh seafood

Spend a few days relaxing on Hamilton Island, rent a golf cart, and you can go around the whole island. It is not overdeveloped. There are several star-rated hotels and several restaurants on the pier that provide takeout. After a few days, you will be familiar with them. This restaurant requires reservations for dinner. It is close to the sea. On a sunny afternoon, you can enjoy the silhouette of the cruise ship at sunset until the moon rises in the evening. It is perfect to order a few special dishes, look at the people of different hair colors at the next table, talk about today's itinerary, or just stare at the sea.
