Husi Bierhaus

Husi Bierhaus, the No. 1 restaurant in Interlaken, sells amazing pork elbows! The skin is as crispy as roast suckling pig, and the fat inside is not greasy. It is more interesting to eat it with the "mayo", "salad sauce" and "barbecue sauce" next to it. The salad is also more abundant and tastier than that in Italy. ​

The first place is Husi Bierhaus, with a price of more than 200 RMB per person, which is also very nice in the eyes of locals, so you can imagine how in short supply it is. When it was our turn, the roast pork elbow was sold out, so we ordered the equally delicious and juicy roast ribs, as well as the recommended dishes fried pork chops, Caesar salad, nachos with meat sauce, cheese macaroni, etc., two of each.
