What travelers say:
The type of roadside auberge that is disappearing. Excellent food at reasonable prices. A homey atmosphere with some fun twists, like the outdoor billiard table.

Deuxième fois grâce à the fork (-50%). Encore très bon, service top, agréable.
Disappointing arrival, frontage was shabby and untidy. Welcome was OK but service was below expectations, very slow. Ambiance was missing, even our view out of the window was of ladders and scaffolding storage. Our starters were adequate. My wife's steak was good but my cote de boeuf was very fatty, sinewy and chewy. I do like blue beef but this was an error of mine, the cut was not suited to blue preparation. The vegetables were al dente and very good, however the serving was very small. The potatoes were very good. The selection of deserts scored 6 out of 10, not great. The restaurant was busy, a table of 7 ladies were next to us and added much to the slowness of service. The price paid was fair but, as the recommendation came from a Michelin Web site, it was priced as I expected but the quality was well below my expectations.Competition is tough so standards here must improve. I will eat there again, but I hope the service, ambience and food quality are much better.Overall 5/10 disappointing.
A much better experience with improved food options and quality
consistancy for the quality of food
