We almost got a 10/10, but it's a shame the tuna tataki, which should be barely pan-fried and very red inside, was overcooked. Everything else was excellent, the sliced ​​foie gras was a treat, the beef fillet was delicious, and the apricot-based dessert was a pleasure.
