It was a super hot night, and so my husband and I decided to stop to refresh with a drink. I was super grumpy and couldn’t decide where to go, thank god for this GEM! We immediately felt at home. This super nice man, maybe the owner? Grabbed is amazing aperol spritz and gave us snacks. He went above and beyond and gave us the most tasty Bruschetta ever! he was our hero and of we weren’t leaving the next night we would go back 5 more times!

Bar und Restaurant wunderschöne Ambiente ist sehr zu empfehlen.  Zum Frühstück. Mittagessen oder Abendessen ist man bei Mimmo immer gut aufgehoben.  wir waren zufällig Am diesem Ort wir wollten Abendessen. Die Speisekarte war allerdings nur mit Fisch, aber der Mimmo der Besitzer hat mich auch glücklich gemacht mit Fleisch. Also man muss es nur mit ihm besprechen und man bekommt ja auch Pasta mit frische Ricotta. Das war sehr lecker. Also man kann bei ihm alles essen Eddi  der Koch ist ein super Koch. Ich bin Italienerin selbst aus Sizilien und ich muss sagen exquisit wie er kocht. Sehr sauberes Lokal vor allem die Toilette, wo man in Italien, Sizilien allgemein keine öffentliche Toilette benutzen kannst. Ich kann es eigentlich nur weiter empfehlen vor allem Feld man sich bei Mimmo wie zu Hause? Im August immer wieder da und ich werde sie wieder besuchen mit Freunde. Bar and restaurant beautiful atmosphere is very recommendable. For breakfast. lunch or dinner is always well lifted at Mimmo. we were random At this place we wanted to dine. The food card was only with fish, but the mimmo of the owner also made me happy with meat. So you only have to talk to him and you get pasta with fresh Ricotta. That was very delicious. So you can eat everything with him Eddie the cook is a super cook. I am Italian from Sicilia myself and I have to say exquisite how he cooks. Very clean local especially the toilet, where you can not use public toilet in Italy, Sicilia in general. I can only recommend it more especially the field you can get at Mimmo as at home? Starting from the suggestive square where the restaurant of the same name is located, then passing through the extreme care and kindness of the staff, finally arriving at the exquisite dishes served (a praise goes to the scenographic presentation of the desserts: the tiramisu served in the mocha and the tree with the trunk of chocolate and leaves of cotton candy immersed in a forest of crumbled biscuits). The restaurant offers in my opinion a very nice and well-structured service, that is, the possibility of choosing an &quot;excursus&quot; of tastings of the different dishes found on the menu. I was very impressed by the fact that the cooked dishes are not at all heavy, indeed they manage to balance lightness and richness of flavors very well. Another mention goes to the sauces, each with a singular flavor. To recap in short: I had an excellent experience, everything was impeccable, if you find yourself in Taormina I highly recommend you stop by. The only negative thing is that unfortunately I will not be able to return for a long time, as I live in another city.
