The soup base was originally served with fresh mushrooms. The soup made my eyes light up after taking a sip. It was so delicious and full of fragrance. After the pot base came up, I had to drink the soup first, and then start to cook vegetables. I ordered a 78-yuan beef offal, which was super large and had everything in it. I strongly say that the beef tendon was cooked, the taste was excellent, the belly was tender, and the beef tripe was crisp. I ordered some vegetables and potatoes as side dishes, and I felt that the potatoes were particularly tasty. Highly recommended. Remember to order the spicy oil, which is very fragrant. I ordered a single mushroom, which was black, but the mushroom tasted very thick, like meat.
