There are many dishes, which belong to Kaiseki cuisine. The ingredients, including wagyu, are all high-grade. The dishes include: eight-inch monkfish liver, Saikyo salmon, hair algae and okra jelly, sake conch, grilled shark fin, and sweet potato puree; the soup is seafood dobin mushi, which is very fresh and I like it very much; the sashimi includes bluefin tuna belly, Japanese sashimi, white fish, oysters, and prawns; steamed crab tea towel tofu; grilled sea bream; eight-way juice boiled bed bean curd, which is bean puree and stewed abalone; tiger fish and tempura wrapped in perilla; crab meat caviar; fried Japanese wagyu; three kinds of fish hand-made; and finally, there is the Japanese imported netted melon that I like, which is said to be more than 1,000 yuan per piece, and I eat it all.
There is a small flaw. The sashimi tuna belly was thawed a little too late and the taste was reduced a little. It is the only flaw in the whole meal.

I can only say it&#39;s OK, worth the 699, the service is average! They changed the dishes directly without telling me, and I didn&#39;t know until I asked. I don&#39;t understand how to change the sakura shrimp to seasonal vegetables, maybe there are too many people at 6.1

A friend in Nanjing recommended this hidden gem, a halal pot stickers restaurant, which is said to have a queue all day long. I came to buy pot stickers early in the morning, and sure enough, there was a huge queue for 40 minutes, and I bought three or two. There are seats in the restaurant, and you can order soup and drinks, which go well with the delicious and juicy beef pot stickers. It&#39;s a complete delight! Many locals also come to buy half a pound of pot stickers, and some even buy fresh beef directly.

This is the most famous halal restaurant in Nanjing. You can eat in and there is also a take-out window. There are many people queuing for take-out. I bought beef buns, vegetable buns and qingtuan. The beef buns are very delicious. The others are just so-so.
