Huiji Soup Dumpling only serves breakfast and lunch. I went there at 5pm and it was closed. I went there at 7am and it was already crowded. It must be a very popular restaurant in a county town with few people. The dumplings were stuffed with beef and cost 15 yuan per basket. There was a lot of stuffing. It tasted good.
