This is a Japanese restaurant with nice decoration and decent service.
Gold Coast Food | Anekawa A Japanese restaurant that I have kept for a long time Anekawa is a fusion Japanese restaurant that I think is worth driving from Brisbane to eat. It is hidden in Mudgeeraba, a little far from the city. Although it is a small restaurant, it is very popular and is always full when I go there for dinner. There are not many seats, and I like the decoration style, which is a bit like Sasaki in Sydney. Two people ordered two appetizers, two main dishes, a main course and a dessert. 🌟Recommended dishes Sashimi Petuna Ocean Trout The sauce tastes just right, and it is paired with fried rice to increase the taste level Main course 🐟Steamed Rockey-Point Grouper Steamed rockfish This dish was ordered by the neighboring table. The fish meat is steamed very tender, sprinkled with tender ginger, and the sauce is just right 🥩Char Grilled Scotch Fillet Steak The charcoal grilled steak is just right, and a whole piece of miso butter is placed on top to enhance the flavor. I highly recommend this dish! Main course 🍚Clay Pot Rice is the signature dish of this restaurant, and you can add black truffles. It is different from the Cantonese clay pot rice. Although there is rice crust, it is not crispy. I ordered the borlotti beans by mistake, and the beef one should be better. Dessert 🍨Soy Milk Ice Cream I thought it was just ordinary soy milk ice cream, but I didn’t expect that the addition of walnut praline enriched the taste. The espresso syrup poured on it is not bitter, and the taste is very balanced! There is also an ordinary appetizer Octopus, which is not recommended. The waiter suggested dipping it in the soup, and the skin will not be crispy after dipping it. In general, the environment and taste are very online. Seeing that others also recommend old tofu and charcoal grilled fish head, I will go for a second visit! Address: C4/50-54 Railway St, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213, Australia #黄金海岸美食
