The sweet and sour taste coupled with the swishy texture of sugar makes it really refreshing. Personally, I think dried tofu is more delicious and crunchy. The pancake was soaked in vinegar and was very sour when you tasted it. All in all, they are delicious. You can ask for less chili pepper, but I always eat them authentically.
