I didn&#39;t miss the truffle season at Three Williams this year! Although it&#39;s ugly and black, it&#39;s a high-end ingredient after all. The truffle flavor in the store is so strong. The truffle chicken breast I ate was really delicious with the sweet corn puree at the bottom (although it was a bit salty). The chicken breast itself is quite tender, but it&#39;s boring to eat it alone. With this salty and fragrant sauce, plus mushrooms and truffles, your mouth is full of happiness!

A popular online restaurant. Last time I went there on a weekend, they said they had lined up to 100 people, so I ordered takeout. This time I went on a weekday and reserved a table. The dishes here are indeed very good-looking. I ordered their signature dish. The sauce is very delicious, but the amount this time seems to be much smaller than the amount outside last time.
