The wines in Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia are very famous and representative. Today we made a special trip to the Hunter Valley area and prepared to find several larger wineries to start tasting. The first one we chose was "John Wallace Wines".
You can taste five kinds of wine here, plus a small stack of biscuits and two pieces of cheese, the price is 15$/person.
Overall, I like the first three kinds, but the last two red wines are not to my taste, so I gave up and chose two bottles of pink rose wine to take away.
