U Friscu

This is a great restaurant. We were welcome by the owner who immediately introduced us to the chef. H&eacute; explained the menu and then proposed to prepare a tasting for us. We thus had 4 antipasti, 2 primi and 1 secondo. It was fabulous. The linguine with Ricci di Mare was incredible and so were the gamberoni rossi and the caponata, to name but a few. For us the whole experience was star-worthy. Remember the chef&rsquo;s name: Pietro Mangani: he will go a long way!

This restaurant is good, the taste is quite special and the flavor is very distinctive. It is a local style restaurant.
