Pirates of Tandoor

Had some amazing specials today. Yummy roast turkey and veg. Beautiful Laksa.Still can&#39;t quite get a steak right. Ordered medium rare,  medium to well was received. Filet mignon,  not cheap.

I have been a few times to this restaurant and wanted to return with an interstate guest. View was sparkling, booth comfortable, food really tasty (I had crispy fish tacos) and everyone had a relaxed time on a Sunday afternoon. We unfortunately had to leave before the live music started but I will be back in summer for that!

We had a birthday breakfast on a Sunday.. It was quiet and not busy which was just perfect for us. Nevertheless, no attention from staff whatsoever which was very disappointing. No expectation for a red carpet welcome but we had to find the reserved table with my name on it, wait at the bar to request water for our table. I said plenty of thanks when staff brought out our orders to the table absolutely no acknowledgement. I just felt like we were burdening the staff with our presence. Anyway, the food was great so that was a win :)

Great place for a casual catch up with friends. Our teenagers enjoyed playing some pool and adults relaxed and enjoyed the huge schnitzels &amp; a couple of wines!

It&rsquo;s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
