Angus & Co. Barossa

I am from Melbourne and was in Barossa for a day of wine tasting. Decided to have dinner before driving back to Adelaide. The food and wine were excellent. The service was impeccable. I would highly recommend it.

Good ambience, happy to see a kids menu on the table with color pencils and a picture to colour in which made my son happy. Service was good and staff were very friendly.

Booked the place at short notice a d very clad we did. Food was delicious and service extremely good. Highly recommend if your in the area

Our meal was delicious, my husband had the steak it was perfectly cooked to medium, however the pepper sauce was bland, like the peppercorns were added last minute. My Chicken Schnitzel was perfectly cooked, perfectly crumbed, but lacked flavour in the crumb. The salad was to die for, but the mushroom sauce, like the peppercorns was bland with just some mushrooms added in. So basically the sauces were disappointing, but it makes your meal.

Mac and cheese was super disappointing only because it was named ‘Our Famous Mac and Cheese’. Didn’t realise it could be famous for being flavourless and pale
