The guy who looked after us today was so lovely, kind, accommodating and very helpful. Thanks for making Mum&#39;s Birthday lunch very special.

This is our go-to restaurant as we live nearby. It never disappoints. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is always good space for kids to run and play in the play centre.

The staff and service were great.  Our meals were served quickly.   Appreciated the staff ability to accommodate for an additional meal very promptly allowing all to enjoy Christmas lunch together.We will definitely look at going here again next year.

Excelsior Hotel

This was our second dinner at this restaurant. We were quite pleased with the experience. The food was tasty and service was great.

The restaurant was full at noon on the weekend, even though the nearby restaurants were not doing well.
Ordered the hot chocolate here, which is said to be very famous.
The main course was the smoked salmon rice.
The portion was quite large, but I underestimated that the rice was not rice but a bit like grains, and it was hard to eat.
The smoked salmon and avocado were quite good, the whole dish was like a salad, but the greens were a bit like Shanghai green? The combination was amazing.
The burger ordered by my friend was the most attractive I had seen during the whole trip, the meat was super thick!!!
The hot chocolate was still different from the COCO BLACK I drank later, but the chocolate taste was very strong, full of chocolate fragrance

My steak was cooked perfectly!! Others on my table were happy with their meals also. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Very good value for money.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was great ad my porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection, medium just as I like it.

Great food, great service and fun for the kids with an Easter themed activity. Had a strict schedule to keep but service was quick and friendly as always.
