This Nordic pastry shop is really excellent! - Honey hole: Honey cream pastry, both of us highly recommend it. It is soaked in butter, crispy with multiple layers, and the outer layer is wrapped in honey, with just the right sweetness. When you take a bite, there is actually a rich and mellow dessert cream inside, which is absolutely satisfying! - Cardamom: Cardamom pastry, the appearance is the most common one in Goha pastry shops. The flavor of cardamom is quite strange. When I first ate it in Juno, I was puzzled for a while, but after getting used to it, I felt that the more I ate, the more I ate. - Kouign Amann: Caramel pastry, compared with other pastry pastries, this one has a layer of caramel on the outer layer, so it tastes a bit hard + crispy, and the thickness and multiple layers make the taste very full. - Danish: Danish pastry, served with fruit slices, is a sweet and sour style. In comparison, both of them prefer the above three pastry pastries. - Sauerteigbrot: Sour dough bread, a stronger flavor, very similar to what my friend made at home. - Roggenmischbrot: Sour dough bread mixed with rye. The texture is harder than the one above. It depends on personal preference.
