We ordered Taihu Three Whites, Drunken Crabs, Wuxi Xiaolongbao, etc. The taste is light and suitable for our taste. The ingredients are also fresh. The service here is very good. They often come to change the pots. It is a restaurant with high credibility and value for money. So if I have the opportunity to come to Wuxi again, I will still choose this restaurant for dining.

Because it was raining, we decided to dine in the hotel. After reading the comments from netizens, we ordered Wuxi spare ribs, xiaolongbao, scrambled eggs with whitebait, and steamed white fish (75 yuan for half a catty). The Wuxi spare ribs are tender and mellow, with thick oil and red sauce, full of lingering fragrance, but it is amazing at 20 yuan a piece. The Wuxi Xiaolong in the Chinese restaurant is better than that in the fishing restaurant, probably with more soup, and the overall taste of the dish is lighter, not as salty as that in the fishing restaurant. The taro in sugar water is quite satisfactory, and the baby cabbage is relatively tender. The average cost per person is between 170-200.

The Chinese restaurant at Hubin Hotel is very good. I had two meals here and ordered the famous Wuxi spareribs. The spareribs were soft, tender and sweet, and they lived up to their reputation. I also tried the white shrimp and whitebait from Taihu Lake, which tasted very good.
