Recommended! Nanshan wild bamboo shoots, look very ordinary, but very fresh and tender with rice. When leaving the bamboo sea, I bought some fresh bamboo shoots and brought them back, blanched and stir-fried, but unfortunately they are far less delicious than the store; Yixing Phoenix Goose, a local specialty, is salty and hard, and I always think it should be more delicious when made into pickled pork with preserved vegetables; chestnut native chicken, homely method, more delicious with rice; black rice, a Jiangnan specialty, Yixing seems to be more, if you like soft and sweet, you can add granulated sugar yourself, I personally like not to add sugar.
